At Noori Kids, your little one’s comfort and your satisfaction mean everything to us. We believe every outfit should feel just right. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. Our easy exchange and return process is designed to make things simple for you.

Eligibility
Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. The original invoice or order confirmation must be shared as proof of purchase.
Please note that items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or return.
We understand things can go wrong sometimes. If you receive the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged product, you’ll be required to share clear images or videos when submitting your request.
Return Policy
We accept returns only if the item received is incorrect or damaged. To be eligible, the return request must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be unused, with all original tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Once we receive and inspect the item, a store credit voucher of equal value will be issued, which can be used on the Noori Kids website.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back to the address provided by Noori Kids. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
